Gworl! The news hounds at TMZ are reporting National Promotions & Advertising placed 43,000 Braxton Family Values posters around the country last fall to promote the show per a contract with Toni Braxton and producers of their show.

Well, it’s about to be fall again and they still haven’t seen a check. So, they’re taking the snobby songbird to court.

Toni’s rep said she doesn’t handle promotion for the series which I want to believe. But, Toni is an over achiever (and ready to get her sisters out of her empty pockets). So, I wouldn’t be surprised if the did have her say in the advertising meetings.
